Prices and reservation
Prices for rental are different for in-season and out-of-season stays; further, they differ according to the length of the stay. During the summer and spring holidays, only week-long stays are available (from Saturday to Saturday). Shorter stays during holidays can only be ordered in “last minute” form, within 30 days before the desired arrival. The listed prices are for the whole cottage. It is not possible to rent only a part of the cottage.

Short stay:
280,00 € / cottage / stay (1-2 nights) out of season except weekends
320,00 € / cottage / stay (1-2 nights) in season
Prices for stays of 3 or more nights:
110,00 € / night out of season except weekends
140,00 € / night in season
In season : 15 November - 30 March and 1 July - 1 September + weekends
Out of season : 1 April - 30 June and 2 September - 14 November
New Year’s Eve stay :
1600,00 € / cottage / week
Easter stay :
660,00 € / cottage / stay (1-4 nights)
A New Year’s Eve stay can be ordered only for a full week, or a shorter period for the price of a week. The time period is according to your own choice, typically from 26 December to 2 January.
After ordering a New Year’s Eve and Easter stay it is necessary to pay a NON-RETURNABLE deposit in the amount of 50% of the price.
Surcharges and discounts
A customer has claim on a discount from the given prices for a stay in the amount of:
5% - discount for regular customers (customers who have already rented the cottage at least once before).
On the day of your arrival it is necessary to pay a returnable deposit in the amount of €100.00, which will be returned upon handing back the cottage. The deposit serves to cover payment for potential damage that may be caused by renter.
Surcharge for having an indoor dog: €20.00 / stay.
Accommodation tax: EUR 0.70 / person / night.
Electricity consumption: EUR 0.20 / kWh (according to real usage).
Prices become binding only after mutual consent on the day they are paid in whole or in part.
